This notice covers the demo-request form on villaready.co. It does not describe data stored inside the VillaReady application.
What you share
The form asks for your name, email address and property name. You can also provide a room or villa count and a short description of what you want to improve. Please do not submit guest details, passwords or sensitive documents.
Why we use it
VillaReady uses this information to respond, arrange a demonstration and discuss whether the product fits your property. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or start a paid service.
How the request is handled
The website sends your enquiry to VillaReady’s business mailbox and sends an automatic reply to the email address you provide. Namecheap provides the website hosting and email service. Enquiries are available to the people handling VillaReady’s customer enquiries and administration.
Booking a demo
If you choose the Cal.com booking link, you leave this website to select a time. Cal.com handles the details you enter on its booking page under its own privacy terms. We do not include your enquiry details in the link. You can instead reply to our email with your preferred dates.
Essential technical information
The form uses an essential session cookie to validate requests. The server keeps short-lived hashed network and email identifiers to limit repeated submissions. Hosting services may also maintain operational logs. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are installed on this page.
